Critiquing Photography

Part I

I believe the image above was my most successful photograph as it perfectly fits the aesthetically evaluative category and simply depicts a beautiful sunset. The most challenging aspect of this assignment was determining the right photo for each category. As I mentioned in my previous blog post, proper planning and execution would have aided in creating stronger images.

I really like this photograph and I agree that it fits in the descriptive category as well. I also found it difficult to pick the right photos for each category, my approach for the future would be to objectively capture a specific image for each category.
